Soultry Sisters was created by Alyssa “Ajay” Junious and Toni Lynn Junious to make arts, wellness, and healing more accessible for queer communities and communities of color. Born and raised in San Diego, the Junious sisters built the collective as a way to give back to North County through creative expression, holistic living, and community-centered care. Through affordable events, wellness experiences, collaborations, and healing-centered programming, Soultry Sisters connects QTBIPOC communities with resources that support the mind, body, soul, and community. Their work blends movement, public health, artistry, sisterhood, and cultural care to reframe wellness as something shared, empowering, and rooted in collective liberation.
