Jazmyn and DJ turned a love for plants, cooking, and spicy food into a small urban farm brand rooted in creativity and flavor. What started with an old bookshelf repurposed into a planter box quickly grew into a harvest of super hot peppers, leading to their first fermented hot sauce made with some of the hottest peppers they had grown. Their sauce line expanded after DJ smoked ribs one summer and they needed a BBQ sauce that worked without tomatoes. That experiment became their original Hot Peach BBQ Sauce, a ketchup-free blend built around fruit and chili instead of the usual base. Today, they create hot sauces, seasonal fruit BBQ sauces, BBQ rubs, spicy chili oils, pickled onions, and other spicy snacks using many ingredients grown on their urban farm in Portland, Oregon.
