Baked By Brodric is the dream of Chef Brodric Rashad Chestnut, a pastry chef whose love for desserts began as a childhood fascination with the Food Network and grew into a full culinary career. After leaving San Diego for Charlotte to study at Johnson & Wales University, Chef Brodric built his experience through culinary school, internships, fine dining, quick service, and catering before launching his own business in 2018. Today, Baked By Brodric specializes in thick, soft, NYC bakery-style cookies made fresh to order. Each flavor reflects Chef Brodric’s pastry background and creative approach to dessert, from Red Velvet Oreo and Sea Salt Chocolate Chip to Banana Pudding, S’mores, Pecan Turtle, and more. What began as a passion for the science and artistry of baking has become a full-time business built on flavor, skill, and the joy of handmade sweets.
